Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Clean room, beautiful interior, delicious breakfast. The receptionist helped me find a fever pill at night.

Loved the size of the room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra blankets. The table by the window was a nice touch as I could sit with a coffee looking out onto the canal. The maid was lovely and always very considerate.

We have stayed here before we love the location easy walk from the zattere boat stop and in quiet area of Venice with easy walk to all of the major sites. The rooms are very large including the bathroom. The AC was perfecto! The room we had was in a separate building from the main hotel about a 50 m walk. The young lady working the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The free bottles of water, juice and beer in the fridge was. And-we-especially liked how we were presented with a large bottle of prosecco when we entered our room.

Fantastic location 15 minutes walk from San Marco Basilica in one direction and about 20 from the Rialto in the other. We were in their second building overlooking the canal. It was beautiful room, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommended.

ROOM AND BATHROOM VERY SPACIOUS. NICE LAYOUT FOR BREAKFAST - I.E. TABLES AND BUFFET BREAKFAST GOOD CHOICE AND FRESH AND TASTY. A/C WORKED WELL-WINDOWS AND CANAL VIEW VVERY NICE . VERY NICE MAN MET US ON FIRST NIGHT- GAVE US GOOD MAP AND ADVICE.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. It was beautifully appointed, spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious.

We did get a canal view as booked. Room was clean. I liked that they provided robes and slippers in the room as well as refreshments in the fridge. We were unable to check in early but had access to a bathroom in the lobby ro refresh ourselves after our journey there.

Staff were very lovely, location was pretty good, the room was clean and comfortable and aircon and wifi were great. The fridge was nicely stocked (& free!), we had all the necessary amenities, towels were nice and big. The breakfast was also quite nice!

We were transferred to second building 80 m from main hotel. Place was nice and room bigger then declared. Very good breakfast.

Our room was lovely and overlooked a canal. We enjoyed being able to look out to see the gondolas and boats passing by. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the ferry we needed to catch to sail to Rovinj, Croatia. It was also an easy walk to St. Mark's Square.

It is very close to Zattare stop, hotel is located on the 4th floor. Very clean and quite hotel. Local bar with aperol shpritz at price 3 Eur just arround the corner.

Room was big, clean and beds were comfortable. We were in the building next door that doesn't have an elevator. The hotel is in a tiny alley and if you have a lot of luggage or you can't walk up it's a problem cause the elevator is tiny and super slow.
